Please note, we can only deliver to mainland UK only. Please do not order these products if you live outside of the mainland.
Tracking numbers are sent out from this website. If you are expecting a delivery but have not had a message, please check your spam folder.
Please make sure there is someone at home when a queen delivery is expected. We will not replace queens that arrive dead if the Royal Mail was unable to deliver.
Offline Payments
Whilst we are happy for you to choose to pay by bank transfer, please note your order will not be processed until a payment has been made. Please bear this in mind especially when ordering products with a specific date for delivery.
